Head Flushing Cabinet
Our head flushing cabinet is utilized to thoroughly clean out the nostrils and mouths of cattle and calves.

- Constructed from heavy duty 14-gauge T-304 stainless steel
- A double flanged edge along the top, sides and front of the cabinet provide added strength
- Removable stainless steel swivel hook allows for optimal positioning when hanging and cleaning the head
- Equipped with a powerful flushing system to reach all necessary areas: ○ 6 feet of ¾” hose with fittings on each end
- Self-closing flushing nozzle with 12” length of ⅜” stainless steel tube
- Bottom slopes to a 4” diameter drain – located approximately 3” above the floor – for convenient and efficient wastewater removal
- 6” front edge minimizes water splash out and prevents excess water from escaping
Hose Holder
Standard Duty
This hose rack is constructed with 14-gauge T-304 stainless steel and designed for wet and demanding packinghouse applications.

- Heavy-duty construction built to hold a hose up to 100 lb.

Heavy Duty
The hose rack is constructed of 12-gauge T-304 stainless steel for larger and longer hose requirements.

Head Loop Holder
Our head loop holder is an easy to clean, space-saving solution for securing head loops during processing.
- Dimensions (L x W x H) – 12” x 13” x 9”
- Constructed from heavy gauge T-304 rustproof stainless steel that is corrosion resistant
- Continuously welded seams for added strength and reliability
- Bolts directly to the wall for easy placement that requires minimal floor space
Head Loop
Designed to be used in combination with our head loop holders (sold separately), our stainless steel head loops are used for secure, efficient inspection and head handling.
- Dimensions – 23” L x 10” W
- Constructed from T-304 solid stainless steel for rust resistance and longevity
- Heavy-duty ⅝” round rod for durability
