Knife & Cleaver Sterilizers
Our knife and cleaver sterilizers provide a compact, efficient way to keep your cutting tools clean and bacteria-free. They are available in two options – without a hole or with a coupling and guard for use with a heating device.

- Constructed from heavy duty T-304 rustproof stainless steel for long-lasting use ● Top-opening design for easy access
- Includes a built-in flange that securely hangs from the lavatory rim
- Features an overflow lip design that directs excess water into the lavatory bowl to prevent spills
- Boxes with a coupling and guard can be used with immersion heaters or steam lines to maintain proper sterilization temperatures
Pan & Shovel Sterilizers
Our pan and shovel sterilizers are designed to be used in the sterilization of pluck and viscera inspection pans, shovels, and head loops.

- Constructed from fully welded heavy duty T-304 stainless steel for superior durability and corrosion resistance
- Includes a 1” overflow outlet on the side and a drain at the bottom for controlled water drainage
- Features rounded corners and glass bead-blasted smooth welded seams to prevent debris accumulation and make cleanup a breeze
- Equipped with adjustable legs for easy leveling
- Available in two versions to suit different setups:

Saw Sterilizers
Our saw sterilizers are available in three sizes to accommodate a variety of saw types and operational needs.

- Model A: Suitable for use with all saws used on the processing floor
- Offered in two versions – Steam Connected or with an electric Emerson style heater with element guard
- Dimensions (L x W x H x ID) Steam Coupling – 36” x 14” x 30” x 24”
- Dimensions (L x W x H x ID) Electric Coupling – 36” x 14” x 32” x 24”
- Model AH: Optimized for use with platforms
- Dimensions (L x W x H x ID) Steam Coupling – 24” x 12” x 50” x 12”
- Model B: Designed for “L” type on-the-rail beef breastbone openers and hog breastbone openers (air or electric)
- Dimensions (L x W x H x ID) Steam Coupling – 22” x 12” x 32” x 12”
All models are built with the following features:
- Constructed from rustproof heavy duty T-304 stainless steel that is fully welded for added strength
- Adjustable legs to ensure easy leveling and stability
- Steam supply fittings, water inlet fittings, a 1” overflow outlet, and drain for proper water and sanitation control
- Rounded corners and glass bead-blasted smooth welded seams for easy cleaning and sanitation
