Beef Paunch Truck
Our Paunch truck with removable pluck pan is constructed from Heavy-Duty 14 gauge T-304 Stainless Steel. The pluck pan is 26″ in length x 26″ in width x 3″ in height. The trucks body overall size is 34″ in width x 70″ in length and has 8″ sides with reinforced rim. Truck Interior is Tig welded and glass bead blasted smooth for easy clean up.
- Two Heavy duty 10″ load wheels with rubber thread.
- One 6″ swivel caster located at the rear end of truck.
